This Course is designed as a guide to the process of injection molding. It concentrates mainly on the molding of plastics. Following chapters are included in the syllabus of the course.
This course mainly focuses on the Importance of Plastic Injection Industry and Role and responsibility of Injection Molding Operator, Workshop science and calculation, safety precautions and hazardous, Japanese Concepts and quality basics, all the Plastic Processing Techniques and troubleshooting of various Molding Defects. In this course we also include introduction to work with others and employability skills.
This course should equip the trainee with the knowledge to understand the relationship of material, machine and mold tool. The materials covered include common thermoplastic and thermoset materials. It also provides information on the machinery required for successfully molding of these materials.
